A wonderful small dinner party idea – and I mean “small” as in food portions, not number of guests – are tasters! What do you do when you have a wide-ranging variety of gourmet foods in your refrigerator, but not enough for a few regular portions? Well, then, of course you create a gourmet tasting menu! Today I suddenly realized that my fridge and freezer were beginning to resemble an exotic food storage, not unlike what I’ve seen in some restaurants’ cavernous walk-in refrigerators, except that there wasn’t enough of each ingredient other than a small portion. And so it was that the four of us (yes, amazingly the “children” were home as well) got to “taste” everything. Check it out!

Your photos are amazing and the plate appears to be one from our collection. Does it have an FOH log on the bottom?
Glad you like the photos! No FOH logo at the bottom of our plates, but we really like what we saw on http://frontofthehouse.com/
